      The product is designed well and the customers really like it. Flexible work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Clicky, gossipy, small office. Nepotism. No 401K or Pension Plan Low salaries by Bay Area standards. Long sales cycle.

      Avantages

      This company is designing, manufacturing, selling and maintaining the best Cart Retention System in the market. Having the best product in the market requires also the best sales people. The frustrated reviews from former employees tells more about them then about the Rocateq company.

      Inconvénients

      Keeping too long, not performing people on board.

      Fairly flexible working environment. Business Casual. Fun coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Completely disorganized. Management micromanages. Sales promises and set Operations up for failure. They have unrealistic expectations.
