      Avantages

      They invest so much in people especially those who are looking to develop their managerial muscles easily. They have high values and ethics, the most I have seen in Egypt.

      Inconvénients

      The middle level managers are usually young and inexperienced which creates mistakes.

      Avantages

      - Good technical exposure - You get a sense of ownership of the projects - Capable senior engineers

      Inconvénients

      - chaotic managent - work on weekends and constant overtime work (This is the norm there) - old tech stack that they never tries to replace - low salaries (salary of mid level dev is below the salary of a junior at other companies)
