      Avantages

      Sufficient amount of work, professional and nice office building, free snacks. Since there's low staff there's room to advance in the company. Occasional team building/social events with other 2 offices.

      Inconvénients

      Inefficient work processes, they use ProSystem fx instead of Lacerte. Some processes can be streamlined. There’s a general lack of communication, camaraderie and respect between management and staff.

      Certain individuals are allowed to work hybrid.

      Inconvénients

      Culture is awful and they do not follow their core values. Hostile work environment from multiple levels. Long hours. Zero personal care for employees. Employees will be blamed for issues managers and partners should be responsible for. Employees do not matter in this firm.
