      Avantages

      Rizing is a relatively new organization made from 4 separate companies. I came from one of the legacy companies, and love: Great people - some of the smartest and best SF people on the planet Fantastic clients - projects are challenging, complex, and fulfilling Awesome learning - everyday, from all kinds of people with skills across the SAP landscape, I get to learn something new Strategic leadership - people who care deeply about both the employees and the clients - and aren't afraid to make tough decisions

      Inconvénients

      it's taking a long time to merge all 4 companies into one cohesive company, things will be easier once we are all aligned

      Avantages

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Inconvénients

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
