      Beautiful work environment, great team, and a good place to develop guest service and hospitality skills. Dynamic atmosphere with a strong focus on guest experience.

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced environment during busy services, especially at peak hours, but it helps build strong organization and multitasking skills.

      Avantages

      All team members work really hard and are dedicated to make RDG #1. Learning and Development is a large focus which is great for professional development. HR team takes time to reflect on how to improve morale and strives to ensure the work environment is safe and equitable. Expectations are high so you must be on time and ready to perform at your best. You will work with a great group of people and have the ability to make an impact since this is a growing brand.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of manual process but the company is dedicated to make improvements and automate.
