      Decent pay, nice coworkers, beautiful facility!

      Inconvénients

      Would've preferred 1 hour coaching sessions instead of 1.5 hours, especially with some of the younger kids.

      Avantages

      Generally a nice place to work at. Employees are nice.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not seem to value or appreciate the staff. Lifeguards are regularly pressured to work excessive hours, including frequent 12-hour shifts on weekends. There is little to no regard for work-life balance.
