Pay is good for what you do and it’s a decent stepping stone. Benefits are pretty good.

Every thing. It seems to be a common theme in almost all departments that the wrong people are in positions of power due to who they know and not what they know. Asking valid questions about the idiotic decisions that the senior management team has made will get you black listed from their inner circle. In my department if you didn’t come from Apple then you were dead on arrival, good luck thinking you’d ever get anywhere other than your current position. Many coworkers who are paid a much higher salary are given a pass from their daily responsibilities due to knowing the right people and brown nosing their way in. Hard work is NOT recognized here, you may get a pat on the back and be told that you’re valued here, but pay stays the same while the manager’s inner circle gets all the promotions while contributing very little to the team.
