      Lots of opportunities to flex outside of your role and create additional value across teams early on. Exciting projects and potential for impact. Kind and wickedly smart humans across various teams.

      Inconvénients

      Growing pains of constant reorganization and reprioritization of projects means it can be difficult to feel like you're making progress despite the number of hours you work. Also really difficult to get any sort of mentorship and career development.

      in 2020 - At the top level, those around RJ Scaringe, did not care about the company itself. They just cared about the IPO lining their pockets/
