      A lot of things to learn, hands-on experience and very health work culture Helpful peers and managers

      Inconvénients

      Management lacks clarity Program and priority changes continuously and at a moment's notice. Basically, you have to wrap up what you have been working on tirelessly for months, shelve it to never see it again, and start from scratch on a new project.

      the most amazing EV company and EV cars ON THE PLANET

      Inconvénients

      abysmal salary for the sales team. high turn over. company is still VERY young. And there are a lot of growing pains. Not real strong middle management team (especially in sales)
