Perspective commerciale
Avantages
There is a Great clinical environment, the clinical team and staff are friendly and supportive. The benefit package is excellent and flexible. educational opportunities are provided, and I believe there is a program to encourage college.
Inconvénients
When I started, the shifts were long (12 hours), and it was difficult to function optimally on an overnight shift. The pharmacy has reduced shift length and overnight staffing, so those are not really issues anymore. The environment is still very high pressure.
