Avantages

Harassment is slightly less here than at other contractors in the area.

Inconvénients

Presents itself as better than other contractors around, but don’t be fooled. Riverside operates just the same as the rest. Profits first people last. You are only “family” if you are in leadership. They don’t value female or minority employees and you’ll see that in the lack of representation in leadership at all levels.

Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Inconvénients

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
