We're also committed to ensuring our job descriptions and corresponding salary ranges are market-competitive. These tools, which we continue to improve upon, are helping us provide competitive salaries to employees, while ensuring they have supportive management they can lean on. Lots of good employees work here Competitive salary

Inconvénients

Leadership methods stuck in the 90s, refuse to adapt even though they are not working, nobody can handle stress without flipping out and yelling at people. No longer a "destination company." Cannot trust leadership. Downward trending Work/Life balance.
