      Avantages

      Riverside Marine put great emphasis on providing a pleasant environment for its employees. The working spaces were open plan, well lighted and encouraged a collaborative relationship with the coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      A little too much emphasis was put on health and safety although that had more to do with Australian regulations.

      Inconvénients

      Boss tells you there is profit sharing. Then always says we didn't make a profit this year. Then him and his son buy new cars before Christmas every year. Right after winterization season. That sums up how the company is run.
