      Avantages

      Riverside Health System is one of the best companies that I work for. They've exceeded my expectations with COVID. They've allowed us to keep our jobs, gave raises, and continues to ensure that their employees are happy and growing.

      Inconvénients

      no cons...maybe communication across the boards. Sometimes information doesn't make it to all leaders prior to frontline staff receiving it.
