      Avantages

      Tous les managers que j'ai eu ont été adorables et il est agréable de travailler avec tous mes collègues. Tout le monde est motivé pour aider l’entreprise à réussir et nous avons un produit qui tue. Tout le monde veut vous aider à apprendre et à grandir et personne n’est intéressé à vous rabaisser ou à vous attribuer le mérite de quelque chose que vous avez fait. Également entièrement distant.

      Inconvénients

      C'est une startup donc parfois les choses peuvent être un peu moins organisées mais ça ne me dérange pas.

      Inconvénients

      Just like with any startup, some things are organized and others are not - for someone like me who is looking for the ability to make a real impact, help define processes, etc. this is actually a positive aspect of working at Riverside but if you are looking for a highly-organized, hierarchical environment, you will not find it here. At Riverside you have to be resourceful, find solutions on your own and take ownership - no one is going to do it for you.
