      RCC is a company with a beautiful mission to provide mental healthcare to people in our community.

      Inconvénients

      Not so great benefits/pay but makes up for it in flexibility

      Avantages

      It’s a job. The pay is consistent.

      Inconvénients

      You are a glorified baby sitter. If the clients refuse to clean up after themselves it becomes the staff’s duty without repercussions for the clients. You are essentially a maid and van driver. There is a culture of nepotism.
