      Avantages

      Rivals.com is a very laid-back place to work. You can wear casual clothes and have some freedom. It is very sports friendly, so that is always the topic of conversation. Most employees were friendly and outgoing. The office is very clean and new, and the location is very nice.

      Inconvénients

      The pay was terrible. If you were not a sports writer, then you had nowhere to advance. Upper management doesn't pay much attention to you if you are not in IS or writing for the website.

      You set your schedule, you can raise ad revenue, exciting and fast paced industry that is different every day

      Inconvénients

      Until recently, Company has long been owned by a parent company that is owned by a hedge fund. Training, innovation, investment, cooperation, enthusiasm and every other metric has waned over the last decade. Things are looking up with the sale to On3.
