I have been working at SilkRoad Technology for approximately five years. SilkRoad is a great organization to work for. Organizationally, we are passionate about helping our clients be successful, as well as helping each other be successful as we help our clients be successful.
To explain, first I'll share about the executive leadership. The executive leadership led with grace and dignity through the challenges of 2020. They put forth genuine attempts to help us feel valuable to the organization. They seem to continually keep their eyes focused on how we can help each other help our clients be successful. The executive leadership is vision-oriented. And the quality of the executive leadership trickles down to the quality of the SilkRoad teams.
We support each other. We have each others' backs. We commit to our crafts. I am honored to work with such dedicated, talented people, across the organization. From our services organization, to sales, to product, to technical support, to finance, to marketing to ....... we all continually strive to collaborate with one another, because we all have the same objective: to help our clients be successful.
On a micro-level, I work on an amazing team with an awesome group of individuals. A manager who respects and supports us. Peers who all have a different set of skills, which complements everyone else's. I am a trusted member of this team. My opinion is not always taken, but it is always considered. We respect each other.
