      Avantages

      Flexible vacation time, able to work from home as needed. Low turn-over.

      Inconvénients

      Recent layoffs have affected morale around the company. No pay raises for anyone in the office in 2012 or 2013. As a developer I don't see any opportunity for career advancement.
