Avantages
There are clearly people here that truly care and are great to work with. You have a lot of leadership opportunities at every level. The firm has all the pros of a small firm with competitive pay. I feel I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I am also a fan of the office location.
Inconvénients
All the cons of a small firm: limited resources, outdated technology, wearing of a lot of hats, staff shortages hitting harder Another thing that I always have a hard time with is how there is a large age gap between leadership and staff and few in between both age wise and experience wise. I understand that can take time to correct so I hope they are able to. Also there just aren't enough PTO days. Halfway through the year I've already spent a bunch of my PTO on sick days alone.
