      Avantages

      Lots of flexibility and trust. I don't feel micromanaged, but I have enough support do my job well. Lots of opportunity for advancement in difficulty of work and specialization.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is lacking, though other benefits somewhat make up for the lack. Review schedule is only annually and there is little timely recognition of accomplishments or contributions, or meaningful feedback on a regular basis. Favoritism breaks policies.

      people are easy to deal with, they are willing to give the help. the company give the interns good training

      Avantages

      Great place for exposure to public accounting work and experience. People are open and willing to help at all levels.

      Inconvénients

      Doesn't pay enough to keep people who would want to grow with the company. The work-life balance is still not the greatest.
