Avantages

Lovely products, nice gifts Companys image is quite the five stars.

Inconvénients

Could have been way more humane in the management department. I didnt feel any compassion from the managers, they are so fake and had a smile but behind they had no emotions. Never got positive critisism and positive feedback was non existant. They only concentrate on the mistakes, all the talk about growing in the company is a lie, they will use huge amounts of money to recruit and long process of letting to know the company but really the upper management doesnt care about the employee, only about the image. Didn´t live up to the "glamorous and luxurious" expectations it first gave.

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
