Avantages
Rituals is an overall good brand with a good meaning standing behind it. The owners are very pleasant people and make you proud to work for a company by them (until the US corporate team steps in). The products are good and the pay is decent.
Inconvénients
The New York stores are run by a very unprofessional and inexperienced team of corporate associates. There is so much sneakiness amongst the corporate click, it's terrible to work for people like this. To them, you're just a number. It doesn't matter how long you've been with the company, they will treat you like a seasonal employee. If you interview with one of the managers, your initial interview question will be "how do you deal with gossip". Which already gives you an accurate depiction on how this company is run and makes you not want to work for this company.
