      Avantages

      My colleagues were excellent, and I loved my work.

      Inconvénients

      Management was not supportive, provided inconsistent directions, was not patient with employees, had poor follow through, and did not respect employees.

      Avantages

      Friendly coworkers with similar interests, average pay. Mostly friendly customers.

      Inconvénients

      Don't train you properly and then gets mad at you when you are doing things incorrectly. Poor communication between management and employees. Gave little to no time to see your personal improvements. Don't try asking questions because then you'll get looked at like you're speaking a different language. Overall would've loved to stay but needed to prioritize my mental health.
