      Avantages

      Freedom to work "in house" or remote. Ability to work with or without supervision. Paid overtime and holidays. Access to review hours worked past and present.

      Inconvénients

      Poor work-life balance. Mandatory overtime. Short to no notice of schedule changes. No base pay raises offered. No room for advancement in company. Pettiness of management and owner. Very high turn over rate. Consistently understaffed. Consistently contradictory requests from management/owner. Lack of training. Little to no communication.

      The company is improving each and every day Many years of faithful service Great opportunities for career advancement i love my job!

      Inconvénients

      A lot of long hours If one person makes a mistake we all made it Not enough chips in the machine (so bring your own) Not enough discipline for employees Too many "remote" employees calling in saying they can't work...my question is... Youuuu work at home...so where exactly are you calling in to? My mind can't register that....seriously...
