      Not in the city so easy to get to and good parking.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture - there's always a feeling of having to watch your back ELT are subject matter experts but not people leaders Everything is a secret - nothing is open and transparent Definite favouritism which contributes to the lack of leadership as favourites get promoted regardless of ability Culture of micromanagement and bullying
