The company is already successful and established in it's industry and does not need to work hard to be lucrative, it generates revenue year round and year over year consistently.
Inconvénients
No pension plan. Non union. No job security. Buddy system and dishonest management supersedes ethical employment practices which in turn creates a toxic work environment to include discrimination, work place bullying and harassment.
