      a lot of overtime so no need to get another job

      Inconvénients

      Seriously, all they look for is passion to work there. So, your ex-cons and meth heads actually move up here. They show the most desire to work(because they can't anywhere else) so there are people managing others who are drug addicts. At a corporation, is what blew my mind.
