Friendly and readily accessible colleagues to work with including management and CEO. Standing desks and comfortable seats. Adequate vacation days and reasonable work hours. Snacks are available frequently, especially when colleagues are back from vacation. Room to grow and learn. Annual team building trip. great year-end party with karaoke and delicious food.
Inconvénients
There are a couple of colleagues whom would rather rant here in writing at glassdoor then to seriously express their concerns upfront to management or the CEO whom are readily available. There may be a couple of occasions where we have to work later to fix issues related to releases, but that's just being responsible for your own work and being professional. would you just leave with a broken release and leave your teammates to suffer? It's about team work. Please don't be selfish. I think we all want to have the best product available.
