Disorganization is at an all time high! HR doesn’t resolve simple people issues. But they’re weak and only invented with reactivity rather than proactively resolving some corporate issues. They don’t address concerns appropriately. They don’t set a standard for work ethic and they have no control in the company and it’s policies. Each dept and manager can essentially be rogue in their dealings and understanding. People are bullied into positions and they claim that the pace is changing and upbeat but a lot of this is unnecessary and self inflicted from management and disfunction. Poor leadership and unskilled leaders.
