The children are of course amazing and the team of techs when I was there were the best.
Inconvénients
• Lack of BCBA being on the floor/availability (to run a clinic a BCBA needs to be present/available)
Lack of supervision provided -
•The center lacks sufficient protective structures to maintain safety for the kids
• Unsafe child to staff ratio
• Unsanitary environment for both staff and clients
• lack of medical training for emergency situations while working with children with different medical conditions
