Poor management. Schedule often posted with as little as 1-2 days advance. Seem unable to keep good employees for more than a year. Inflexible with scheduling needs. Retaliatory behavior toward individuals asking for a pay raise.

Free meal, early hours if you're a morning person, okay pay if you get enough hours. Some coworkers are really cool!

Management feels very green and unwavering. I was thrown into the fire with minimal training or support, and then was fired after a month, with no coaching or warnings about my performance. The manager and I rarely spoke before I got a termination email, so I thought any awkwardness was just growing pains and not reason for termination.
