Avantages
The company is growing a lot so the days are fast-paced and there are opportunities for advancement. Management expects a lot from the employees but they're supportive and fair. Great co-workers. The dress code is very casual. You can bring your dog to work. Lots of fun company events and opportunities to do community service. Working with pop culture licenses is cool. We get out early on Fridays. The environment is inclusive and you can totally be yourself.
Inconvénients
The workload can be a lot sometimes since the company is growing so much but it's better than the alternative. Management is starting to do it more but they should continue to ask for input from the employees when it comes to new processes or ideas. The onboarding process is pretty good but there's room for improvement.
