      Avantages

      I love the atmosphere here - serious about success, but definitely have fun on the way. We are still in startup mode, so work can be long and intense, but rewarding. I really enjoy the openness and camaraderie i have experienced here, as well as really liking and believing in the product I am working on. I'm also still excited about the Ripple Milk product rollout earlier this year, and thrilled to hear how the product has taken off and all the positive feedback from consumers.

      Inconvénients

      Working early, staying late tends to be the norm for my position, but as I stated in the 'pros', that is part of the startup process.

      Avantages

      Everyone was always very nice and friendly. I worked mainly with the research and development teams, and learned a lot while here. Company pantry is always stocked too with their products and other goods.

      Each day varies in the amount of work you might have

      Avantages

      Decent work environment, altogether. Free snacks when you need a "pick me up" in the afternoon.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic expectations from managers sometimes, poor communication and managers will not hesitate to throw you under the bus for their mistakes.
