      Avantages

      You have the ability to choose your hours, gain customer support experience while working on students' computers (and campus computers), and gain experience if you have to pack and unpack leased computers. You may also get to work with Mat (and the other staff members). This has the potential to be the most rewarding campus job in terms of environment and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Tasks may seem repetitive. You may have slow days. Paper cuts may occur. Mat may not be in the office. You may have to pack and unpack leased equipment.

      Excellent coworkers, good benefits package, newer facilities.

      Inconvénients

      Restructuring of staff, mixed with capital improvement projects and lack of continuity documentation made identifying roles and responsibilities difficult.
