Gain experience and knowledge quickly. It is abundant within this organization. However, take that experience and expertise to a new position expeditiously. Please understand management or your coworkers are not to be trusted and they certainly are not your friend. Keep a low profile, and be agreeable that management is the only expert. Agree with all their ideas and feed their ego. This will allow you time to gain expertise in the field and then take that knowledge with you to a better company. This was the most toxic company I have ever worked at. They hide it well and you will not see it coming if you don't follow this advice. It was the most eye-opening bizarre experience of my career. Keep a low profile, Be agreeable to everything management says and you will gain extensive subject knowledge to take with you to a better company.
