      Honestly not much it was bad

      Inconvénients

      Leadership has 0 accountability. Leadership talks in circles. Leadership will always ask for context but they never tie you context. Leadership is very indecisive as I was asked for something multiple times that I was told not to do by the same principal.

      Team Lunches are a nice perk.

      Inconvénients

      You would think adding HR roles with HR professionals would help a company keep employees happy. Rios has failed in doing so.
