Avantages
You have your schedule for an entire year in advance.
Inconvénients
For drivers, constantly rotating schedule. This results in never getting g used to your sleep schedule. Not being well rested results in a dangerous work environment. Too many chiefs is a review I would like to agree with. The employee safety is not a priority. They do not respect proper breaks. Two ten minutes and a twenty minute lunch...all while working a constantly rotating schedule. Every two weeks you switch from days to nights. It doesn't make sense. The employees have made this clear. However, no changes.
