      Avantages

      Good pay and benefits, good hours and rather flexible work schedule. An hour lunch compared to other companies 39 minutes

      Inconvénients

      Management was unprofessional in many aspects. Showing up late after a late night, not stressing safety and not proper training. Some of the work done just wasn't ever inspected for quality assurance.

      Avantages

      Good opportunities to start out, would recommend to a young person with little experience All the overtime you want Opportunities to travel frequently Networking with many skilled people Company vehicle + gas

      Inconvénients

      Safety is TERRIBLE, lots of lip service paid but no action taken! No formal training or even a training manager Management says things opposite of corporate policy Medical benefits don't cover any psychological or psychiatric help 401k matching maxes at 2% Very hard on relationships Frequently on call, sometimes go days without sleep and expected to drive to another job
