-Very ambitious group of management, maybe a tad too ambitious. - The concept of the business model has potential, but currently with the latest structure, it's not a financially feasible concept.
Inconvénients
CEO - The CEO 1 is verbally extremely abusive, somewhat racist, abrupt, makes rash decisions when he is angry, and I have seen him snap way too many times. Maybe he is under immense stress due to the company is struggling financially, but some of his decision making is wild and mostly ends up in failure. 2nd CEO JB can be very abrupt too, fires head of banking whenever he feels like it, and the second anyone gets in his bad books, stays there till they leave the company. The 2 CEO is unfortunately going to be the reason why the company will eventually fail. They lack the experience, very amateur with their decision making, and can be very, very abusive. It's crazy they don't have a court case on them yet.
