      Avantages

      Has a strong internship program, will work on a variety of project while there. Generally the employees help each other out and are friendly..

      Inconvénients

      The company culture is one of reactive instead of proactive, they seem to rush to complete thing instead of having solid planing.You may have to start and stop on a project multiple times, even on the regular equipment where materials should be available..

      Avantages

      If all you need is a job, Rimrock does offer it.

      Inconvénients

      Management at Rimrock is shabby at best. They offer little to no structure and guidance as leadership. And when one of their managers was exposed for wrongful treatment of an employee. That manager lashed out by firing the person coming forward.
