      Avantages

      Great colleagues, opportunity to learn

      Inconvénients

      Indecisive management. No clear SOP and procedure to follow. Most instructions are verbal and keep changing. Lack of respect and appreciation for staff's hard work. Basically OT everyday and totally no work life balance.
