      Long days Bad working conditions in the sense that you are overwhelmed with high levels of calls all the time. Dealing with angry and emotional people daily. Sitting down all day.

      Avantages

      I was contracted to another company by Rigney Dolphin and never had any issues in terms of HR or administrative issues

      Inconvénients

      Did not get a pay increase on my hourly wage in three years, although as I was leaving I was advised a pay increase was in the pipeline.
