Avantages
The company culture is incredible. It’s a small company, so you’re really taken care of and get to know everyone- even though we work all over the world. They make every attempt to get together in person or touch base virtually to maintain optimal communication. These people are just great humans, have your back, and truly treat their employees as they would want to be treated. The healthcare plan is great, more than fair salary, paid parental leave, I could go on and on. They’re forward leaning, always bidding on new contracts to grow and promote job security. I have been working for Rigid for a little over a year and have no intention of moving companies. They’ve definitely earned my trust and loyalty.
Inconvénients
Really none. We’re spread out, new opportunities rely on contract awards, but that’s just the name of the game when contracting.
