Avantages
In 20 years, I’ve worked for many amazing brands but by far, Riggs has the best culture I’ve ever experienced. It’s a team of smart, talented, dedicated and caring people. They lead by heart, always. “No one cares about how much you know until they know how much you care” is practiced everyday by everyone. The leadership team really values employees and the perks (lunch stipend, 12 paid holidays, generous vacation policy, welcome gifts, anniversary gifts, team celebrations, etc) are incredible. Plus being in the luxury kitchen appliance industry, you’re surrounded by food which is pretty fun! It’s no wonder that they have a pretty low turnover. I’m so lucky to work here!
Inconvénients
The demand for the products is seeking double-digit growth year over year so there’s lots to do! The company is always evolving to ensure that it keeps up with demand and has all the tools and resources to grow. I like the dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit at Riggs where I can build programs from the ground up, contribute new ideas and make an immediate impact. But if you like highly structured environments where you just work in a little box and you need a lot of direction, this may not be a place for you.
