Avantages
Great pay and some great coworker.
Inconvénients
Snaky people, very negative work environment, terrible hours ie: long shifts broken down into 4 days with one weekday off that leaves no ambition to do much of anything other than sleep to make up for the mental/physically/emotionally draining things you've encountered throughout the day when you are on the clock (not the patients just dealings with other coworkers), Management is awful you hear about other coworkers business like why they are out of the office, whether they are a good worker or whether the managers like that employee, very bullied type or pressure with managers, employees are mostly two faced and will tear a person down with drama and talking about others behind the backs of others and then deny it when it is heard by that person when approached in a non hostile mannerism. Benefits are not good at all. Might as well not have insurance with the out of pocket expenses you would be looking at.
