Incestual hiring practices caused an influx of "ex-uber" personnel to congest leadership positions and infect the company's direction and culture with the same tactics that built that unprofitable and scandalous transportation giant. Company engaged in a series of M&A with what, I can only imagine, was a total absence of strategy, causing exponential operational complexity with no clear accountability of who will fix it. I guess they're telling people to give five star reviews on their last day of orientation now, because the recent positive reviews are completely removed from the actual work environment.
