A lot of your coworkers can become true and genuine friends. Although frankly a lot of those friendships are cemented over shared frustrations or breaking out of the Stockholm syndrome that Rifle can have over you.
Inconvénients
I can almost guarantee all of the good reviews of this company are either from people who were only here for a short amount of time or have been here a very long time and are far removed from issues within company culture. The hardest working people in this company are the lowest paid. The amount of nepotism that has become shamefully embraced in hiring practices there is truly revolting to watch. Close friends or former coworkers get hired for a lot of positions that they are by no means more qualified for than internal employees who have been told for years that Rifle “loves watching workers grow with them”. And frankly there are HUGE company wide mistakes made in design and product development that just required proof-reading to prevent, and as an employee who never had a salary at Rifle it’s upsetting to see those who do well for themselves there have little to no accountability over their actions. Anna Bond frankly makes the lives of her entire company miserable because she is the only creative content creator there and she is last minute with every decision, so the entire supply chain is put on blast for struggling to keep up with ridiculous turn around dates for product. I would categorize a lot of the leadership as wolves and sheep’s clothing. They will tell you to your face that they are advocating for you, but you’ll quickly find out many times that behind closed doors it was a different story. This company has truthfully become a joke and is honestly just an elaborate retirement plan for the Bond family.
