      Avantages

      Staff is great and a lot of fun to work with. Fun cook-outs/doughnut Friday once a month.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is low and no room for growth. A lot of broken promises and misleading for growth potential.

      We don't make open ended promises at Rieker. If there was a promise made, it was tied to productivity. There are many growth opportunities at Rieker. In fact the middle managers are quick to promote productive employees from within. We have had numerous job opportunities in the last 12 months. Most of the new positions were filled by Rieker employees and many were accompanied by increases.

      Avantages

      They give you a week off for Christmas.

      Inconvénients

      Management Bad mouths employees to other employees And discriminates. Definitely manipulates their employees to stay with false promises. They will have you work several jobs and when You ask Raise they always have an excuse to not give you one and they prolong it as long as they can. Usually takes an employee to leave for them to offer more money.
