      - extremely collaborative, like-minded teams - fairly flat organization, not a huge sense of hierarchy - room for growth and a focus on development - manageable hours, partners don't expect or want you to burn out

      Challenges of any search firm...things can be slow one minute and then you're absolutely slammed the next.
